Wonderful little coffee shop that offers both outdoor and indoor seating! I love the food options as well as the coffee, as many coffee shops do both have both! The coffee was strong and the waffles were crisp and hot! Enjoyed the flavors of waffle and lattes as well! Will be coming back again!

Huge fan of this family owned coffee business. I paid $5.75 for my latte with almond milk and it was made perfectly. The shop has tons of seating and free wifi. The service was also great and it's a good location, with tons of parking available and Trader Joe's and Costco nearby.

Got the salted caramel latte and it was a perfect blend of not-too-sweet and salty! Salted caramel flavor blended well into the coffee, not overtaking the coffee flavor. Good quality coffee - I would definitely return and probably order this one again! They also have a lot of seasonal and specialty flavors that I want to try as well. Also split the grilled pork banh mi with a friend and it was flavorful! Of course it was pricier than banh mi from an actual banh mi store, but it was still pretty worth it to me! A good study place as well, although the plaza's parking can be a bit hard to find since it's in a plaza with Costco and Trader Joe's.

Perfect little coffee shop with delicious food options! Stopped in on a Saturday morning and it was busy, but still calm. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and it was perfect! Not too sweet. They have a lot of great food items. I ordered the avocado toast with hardboiled egg sliced on top of the toast. The portion was large and there was a good serving of avocado on top. It came with great seasoning and was a hearty breakfast. In addition to the avocado toast, they had a variety of delicious looking pastries as well as fresh made waffles (pandan flavor!) and quiche. Plenty of accessible parking and a good number of seats.

I definitely have to come back again and try their drinks/other food, because this review is solely for the vibes and their avocado toast with egg... I have never had such a good avocado toast before. It's such a simple meal that can be made at home but this literally had me wanting to come back and order another! The staff were all really nice and although there was a big crowd, they got the orders out quickly! While I was waiting for my order, I loved that they had an outdoor seating area surrounded by plants. I'll definitely have to come back and am excited to try all the things on their menu! They also had a pop up of macarons which was really cool too.

Decent coffee in South San Jose :) My visit here was suuuper overdue. I've heard good things about this spot. Pretty nice and clean space inside. I like the simplicty of the menu while still offering some signature drink options. I was pleasantly surprised to see they were serving Sightglass Coffee beans so it def got my hopes up. I was looking for a cold brew which unfortunately isn't served (it's fine) but was offered an iced coffee instead. It was alright tbh. I wish I'd gotten an iced americano instead. My brother in law got an iced cap with oat and it was decent. Had a smooth nutty profile. The ube waffle was probably my favorite thing we ordered though. It was pretty good and will honestly have to come again for it. Not to mention friendly + quick service :)

I've tried Spectra several times before writing this review and I have liked their Honey Lavender Latte which I do recommend. Wanted to try something different so got one of their seasonal specials, a Blueberry Matcha Latte. Definitely refreshing and unique, I don't think I have seen a blueberry matcha latte on a menu in my life. Always semi-crowded whenever I come in. Neatly designed and simplistic. I can recognize that the shop gets a LOT of regulars. REALLY wished they opened up a few years earlier when I was in high school. Would've been a great study spot instead of Starbucks which it replaced.

Solid coffee shop in south SJ. It's located in the same plaza as Costco and Trader Joes. Given how many stores are located in this plaza, it was super busy on a Saturday morning. The line was pretty much out the door the entire hour I spent there. It's also pretty small with not much seating so my group had to be on the prowl to snag a table. They actually offer quite a bit of food ranging from small bites, banh mi sandwiches, and pastries. Plus they sell merch and coffee beans. Drinks- -Iced banana creme latte with almond milk. So good! Per our request they made it less sweet and it was perfect. -Drip coffee was delicious and it's nice they offer mugs for in house visits Food- -Sun-dried tomato quiche. Yummy little treat. -Cinnamon twist. Had to try this since it's one of their best sellers and wow!! So good. If you love cinnamon pastries this is a must -Avocado toast was solid. On the pricier side but we enjoyed everything.
